John Redden, MS, LPC-MHSP. Since 1987 John has worked in various capacities related to the counseling profession, marketing, and administration. He has worked extensively as a group facilitator and therapist as well as a published writer. John has developed models applicable for schools, families, and the workplace titled The T.R.U.S.T. Process: Positive Influential Parenting, Teaching, and Leadership. He has an extensive background in public speaking, workshops, and seminars.

                                     Laura White MA, LPC-MHSP, CEAP, SAP.
Since1989 Laura has provided Employee Assistance services in a variety of settings. As an EAP professional she conducts individual clinical services, organizational consultation, managerial coaching, and develops and delivers a variety of workplace and wellness trainings. As a psychotherapist she provides counseling to individuals, couples and families. Laura is a Rule 31 mediator.
